Authentic 2002 Strawberry Shortcake rag doll from TCFC (Those Characters From Cleveland) with partial paper tag still attached. It is clean and rarely played with. Item is sold AS IS. I will not accept any returns or offer any refunds so do take note before bidding.

Local postage and handling is $6.00 via normal post. Item will be packed in a bubble padded envelope to prevent damage. Payment is to be made via POSB funds transfer within 3 days of auction closure.

1983 Vintage Dancing Strawberry Shortcake doll. Doll does not dance as per se...ie. it is not battery operated and does not dance/move. This is the original item description for this particular doll. Manufactured by American Greetings Corp (imprinted on doll's head and with the year of manufacture, 1979).

This complete set comes with a mirror, balance bar, pink tiara, doll stand (bottom is printed copyright American Greetings Corp 1983) and of course, Strawberry Shortcake herself who is wearing a pink leotard with frills on sleeves, skirt with strawberry prints on it, matching hat, tutu beneath her skirt, pink striped stockings and original shoes too! Doll still has a faint smell of yummy strawberries.

inor flaw to report : Hat has a small/tiny tear on the top part, skirt, hat and pink striped stocking has minor age stains, the tutu has lost its elasticity, mirror (not glass, just reflective foil pasted on the mirror frame) has scratches on it. Other than that everything else is in excellent condition consideration its age (24 years to be exact!!!).

Please note that the pink comb is not included with this doll as it belongs to another strawberry shortcake doll (pictured on the left). I am its original owner and I took really good care of it. Some flaws to take note of: Huckleberry Pie has one small black spot on his forehead and back of his head (not noticeable as it is hidden by his hair), Apple Dumplin's hat has lost a little of its elasticity and her pet turtle has minor paint wear/rubs, Butter Cookie's hat has a slight tear in it and her pet bear has minor paint wear/rub on its nose and one side of its mouth (pls refer to the bottom photo), Lemon Meringue's hat has turned yellow due to age, Strawberry Shortcake's hat has minor age stains on the back of it. All the dolls are complete and have their clothes, hats, accessories (Angle Cake's halo is still factory attached), stockings and shoes.

They are clean, in good condition considering their age and smell good too. They have been kept in ziplock bags with silica gel and only removed from their acid-free tissue paper packaging for photo-taking purposes. All other items pictured in the photos are not for sale. These dolls and pets have been gently played with by only one owner and lovingly kept in storage. You can never find such complete dolls on eBay or Yahoo. Most of them are either missing their hats, shoes, socks or pets or even if complete, are sold individually.
