I thought the ones I got from this seller looked fine to me in the photos and there was no mention of the erasers being stuck to the case.... and now I am being blocked by that person on Flickr from posting any comments of her photos. Well I am fine with it. My conscience is clear. No point crying over spilt milk....they say that "To err is human, to forgive is divine", so lady if you are reading this blog, I am fine with whatever you think!
Here's a picture of the house erasers along with other vintage and not so vintage erasers:
This is a vintage Hello Kitty stationery set that I lost when my family moved house:
My sister saved her pocket money to get me this when I was little. I remember hanging out at a stationery shop near my old home and telling my sister how badly I wanted to get this set of stationery (it's not the same brand though but similar in size and design). I was so touched when she told me that she saved enough money to get me this set because we had very little pocket money back then. You don't know how much this means to me. It may not be like the exact one I lost but it is still something similar to what I had. Although my sister and I did not get along at times and there were times when we pulled each other's hair and boxed/pinched each other when we fought (yeah we were like any siblings out there), I will never forget this kind gesture and the sacrifices she made for me. Love you very much jie, though I never show it all the time. You are the only sister I have and I am glad to have you as my sister...not because you buy me things but because you really care for me.
